Candace Sewell
Registered Service Assistant
Candace joined Falcon Financial & Insurance Solutions, Inc. in August of 2016. She has a degree in Business Management and over 20 years of experience in various areas of insurance and securities. Prior to working at Falcon, she worked in Scottsdale, AZ and Diamond Bar, CA as a Client Services Representative and New Business Coordinator.
Candace married her husband, Ryan, in 2013 and they have two daughters, Rosalie and Savannah. They moved their family to Eagle River, Alaska in June of 2022 and are enjoying their explorations of the beautiful state.
Karmina Baldwin
Licensed Servicing Assistant
Karmina was born in Mexico City, but grew up in Fresno. She has moved to different cities throughout her life, even back to Mexico for a year. Karmina and her family made the move to Salt Lake City, UT!
She loves helping people and began sharpening her customer service skills at the young age of 18, starting in an insurance office. She is fluent in Spanish and ASL (American Sign Language), which allows her to help more clients. Karmina has been with Falcon since 2018.
Karmina and her wife Lacie have a busy household with 6 dogs! Rescuing dogs and finding them forever homes is a big passion of Karmina’s. She also volunteers at youth detention centers, mentoring young people to help them get back on track. When she’s not rescuing dogs or volunteering in the community, she loves to cook and hike! She is known for her amazing Mexican food and has been told to open a restaurant but helping people and dogs take up all of her time.
Jill Penner
Fresno Office Assistant
Jill joined Falcon Financial in July 2025. A dedicated year-round athlete, she played both indoor and beach volleyball at Fresno City College before continuing her education at Fresno State, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communications.
With a natural passion for building and nurturing meaningful relationships, Jill was drawn to a career in financial services where she could truly connect with and support others. She is excited to grow with Falcon Financial and looks forward to making a lasting impact through her work.
Outside of the office, Jill is a committed volleyball coach in her community. She coaches both a local high school team in Fresno, CA, and a competitive club team, where she finds purpose in mentoring young athletes to be confident, resilient, and team-driven both on and off the court.
Her personal values are deeply rooted in her relationship with Christ, which guides her in both her personal and professional life.
She believes in living with integrity, leading with love, and serving others with intention. In her free time, Jill enjoys spending time with family and friends, and she never passes up the chance to try a new coffee shop—especially when it means discovering the perfect cup.
